YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (THE “TERMS OF USE” OR “AGREEMENT”). 

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW, UNDERSTAND AND ABIDE BY THIS AGREEMENT. 

MixedMinds reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement or delete, at any time, any of the donation content or any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Also note that the donation offers may not be valid.

You will be treated as a regular user. Any money sent to MixedMinds is considered a donation, and anything you receive in return is considered a gift. There will be no refunds, under any circumstances. For either lifetime or monthly donations. Any abuse of ingame powers or benefits gained by donating, can and will result in loss of such powers and benefits without refund. MixedMinds reserve the right to ban and strip any user from their powers and/or benefits. And to ban any users from our server(s) if we deem them a threat to the server stability or rather in violation of the MixedMinds current server rules listed either in the MOTD (Ingame), website or forum. There will be no refund on any kind if you are banned, or suspended for any amount of time. If the user dont provide his or her SteamID when donating, then the user is not entitled to a gift from MixedMinds. Any issues caused by incorrect information provide by the user is not the fault of MixedMinds.

The gift(s) should be up and running within 48 hours of your donation, if this is not the case. Contact any of the MixedMinds administrators for further help. In the event you didnt get your donation gift after 48 hours. If the delays are caused by MixedMinds, MixedMinds will reward you with X-Amount of extra days / MM-coins (our virtual currency). No refund will be made in the event of server downtime or a discontinuation of MixedMinds. In the event that the user chargebacks this donation, can/will result in being permanent banned from mixedminds. MixedMinds reserve the right to strip any users of their donations gift(s) also goes for ( MM-coins (our virtual currency) and/or any Virtual Goods that might be sold from our "donator shop") and/or donation status (ingame rank). The gift(s) or donation status are not transferable between either people or steam IDs. Any changes made to the contents of any of the VIP packages or donator shop will not entitle you to a refund. Once you've clicked the "donate" button and you've donated, or you make a custom donation it indicates that you understand and accepted our “TERMS OF USE” OR “AGREEMENT”, You also agree that all sales made with our virtual currency and/or vrtual goods are final.
